Instrument Knob Flags

These flags are used in the flags field of an instrument knob list structure Instrument Knob List to indicate what to do if a requested knob is not in the list.

Constant descriptions

kInstKnobMissingUnknown: If the requested knob is not in the list, do not set its value.
kInstKnobMissingDefault: If the requested knob is not in the list, use its default value.
